KUALA LUMPUR, 29 May 2025 — Media Prima Berhad (“Media Prima” or the “Group”), Malaysia’s largest integrated media group, was honoured with three awards at the Employee Experience Awards 2025 Malaysia organised by Human Resource Online.
The Group received three awards which include two Gold Awards for ‘Best Diversity and Inclusion Strategy’ under the Leadership category, and ‘Best Skilling Strategy’ under the ‘Learning’ category. In addition, underscoring the Group’s dedication to employee engagement and well-being, Media Prima received the Bronze Award for ‘Best Hybrid Work Model’ under the Engagement category.
The awards were presented during the gala dinner held on 23 May 2025 and featured four key categories — Leadership, Engagement, Learning and Talent Acquisition. The entries were evaluated by a panel of 22 HR leaders which includes senior professionals from leading companies. These achievements are a testament to Media Prima’s collective efforts, led by its Group Human Resources team, in creating a supportive and progressive work environment, reinforcing its position as a leading employer in the industry.
