Datin Norashikin has over 24 years of experience in the broadcast and entertainment industry at multiple media companies including Astro, TV2, and Measat Publications. She first joined Media Prima as WOWSHOP’s Chief Operating Officer in July 2020.
Before Media Prima, she served various roles at Astro including Head of Business Development at Astro GS Shop (“Go Shop”), and Associate Publisher, Malay Publications, at Astro Publications. At Go Shop, Datin Norashikin was responsible for sourcing for strategic vendors, consulting vendors on product development, and campaign planning. She also led strategic partnerships that contributed to the growth of Go Shop’s brand exposure and revenue.
Datin Norashikin graduated with a High Diploma in PR, Advertising and Marketing from the London Chamber of Commerce Industry in Stamford College, Kuala Lumpur, in 1995.
